Privacy Policy
How Oliver Lythe Sales handles personal data. Last updated 6 July 2026.
1 Who we are
This website, oliverlythesales.com, is operated by Oliver Lythe, trading as Oliver Lythe Sales. We are a registered Individual Entrepreneur with Small Business Status based in Tbilisi, Georgia. We are a sole operator with no employees.
For any question about this policy or about your personal data, you can contact us at [email protected].
This policy explains, in plain English, what personal data we handle, why, and what rights you have.
2 What we do
We provide a done-for-you LinkedIn outbound and B2B appointment-setting service. We run outreach on behalf of business clients, from their own LinkedIn profiles, in order to book them qualified sales meetings.
3 The personal data we handle
We handle personal data in three situations.
a) Website visitors. This website is a simple static site. It has no analytics, no advertising trackers, and no tracking cookies. It uses only what is strictly necessary to load the pages. We collect personal data from a visitor only if they choose to contact us, by email, WhatsApp or LinkedIn. In that case we hold their contact details and the content of their message. Where you contact us through a third-party messaging platform, your message is also subject to that platform's own privacy terms.
b) Prospects, on behalf of clients. To deliver the service to a client, we process business contact details of B2B prospects: name, job title, employer, public LinkedIn profile, and business email where sourced. For this processing we act as a data processor on the documented instructions of our client, who is the controller. That processing is governed by our Data Processing Agreement with that client and by the client's own privacy information, not by this policy. This policy covers only our own processing as a controller.
c) Clients and prospective clients. We hold the contact and billing details needed to provide the service, invoice, and be paid: name, business, address, and email.
We do not seek or process any special-category (sensitive) personal data.
4 Our lawful bases
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on the following lawful bases:
- Performance of a contract, for our clients.
- Our legitimate interests, in running and marketing the business, responding to enquiries, and delivering the service.
- Consent, where it is required.
5 Tools and processors we rely on
We use a small number of third-party tools to run the service. Each is engaged under appropriate data-processing terms. Described by category, they are:
- A LinkedIn outreach and inbox platform.
- A business-data enrichment provider.
- A pipeline-management tool.
- Wise, to take payment.
- An AI assistant used to help draft messaging. No client confidential data is used to train any third-party model.
- Cloudflare, for website hosting.
6 International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your own region by these providers. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.
7 How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for. That means for the life of the relevant engagement or enquiry, and for any period required by law. After that, we delete or anonymise it.
8 Your rights
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR apply to you, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct it (rectification).
- Ask us to delete it (erasure).
- Ask us to restrict how we use it.
- Object to our use of it, including the right to object at any time to the use of your data for direct marketing.
- Receive it in a portable form (portability).
- Withdraw consent where you gave it.
- Complain to a supervisory authority.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected].
Where we process prospect data as a processor for a client, please send your request to that client, who is the controller. We will assist them in responding.
9 Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. These include access control, least privilege, using reputable vendors, and encryption in transit.
10 Children
Our service is strictly business-to-business. It is not directed at children.
11 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version on this page is always the current one.
